Privacy Policy

Effective October 13, 2026

ServiceBird Pro ("ServiceBird," "we," "us") is a customer relationship management (CRM) product operated by Standout Marketing Group LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use servicebirdpro.com and app.servicebirdpro.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and password. If you connect a payment account we receive the identifiers that Stripe returns to us, never your full bank or card numbers.

Customer data you enter. The Service exists to store information about your leads and customers: names, phone numbers, email addresses, job addresses, notes, quotes, invoices, payments, photos, and message history. You control this data. We process it only to run the Service for you.

Messages. If you turn on text messaging or email alerts, we store the messages sent and received through the Service so that you can see your conversation history.

Usage data. We collect log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the time of each request. We use this to keep the Service secure and to fix problems.

Cookies. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies on the Service.

2. How we use information

3. AI features

ServiceBird Pro is an AI native product. Some features send the content of your leads, messages, and records to third-party AI model providers to generate a response. Those providers process the data to return a result to us and are not permitted to use it to train their models. You can turn AI features off in Settings.

If you connect ServiceBird Pro to an outside AI assistant with an API key you create in Settings, that assistant can read and edit your CRM records under your account. It cannot send messages to your customers. Your use of that assistant is governed by its provider's terms and privacy policy. Revoke the key at any time in Settings.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with:

5. Your customers' information

You are responsible for the customer data you enter into the Service and for having the right to use it. When you send text messages through the Service, you are responsible for obtaining any consent the law requires. If one of your customers contacts us about their data, we will refer them to you and help you respond.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and customer data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, or security reasons, and backups that expire on their own schedule.

7. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.

8. Your choices

If you live in California or another state with a consumer privacy law, you may have the right to know, delete, and correct the personal information we hold about you, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Contact us to make a request.

9. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we will email you or post a notice in the Service before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.
